"Tell Me Again" was partially inspired by a not-entirely fictional dude who was uninterested in dating me. (Sigh.) Even after a romantic sting, though, I think the appropriate hope to harbor isn’t that he or she will come around…it’s that we’ll all come into something good. I hope you love somebody, even if that body isn’t mine.

The beat was another Lazebeak creation and the background vocals feature Aviva Jaye, my friend, touring band mate, and a member of all sorts of cool Brooklyn projects. This is the first time we’ve been on record together and I am terribly excited.
